According to sources, dogs that exactly look like wolves have been brought from Australia for a couple of scenes which was for Rs.3 crores and the most part of the film was shot in Pollachi and Kerala. Vikram, Aishwarya Rai and Prithviraj are playing the lead roles for Tamil version while Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and Vikram for Hindi.
