And these companies are asking for a commitment bond for 3 years keeping there certificates right from 10th class to PG. These commitment bonds are only for the employees not for companies, which means company can fire employee at any time during the contract, but if employee wants to leave the company he/she need to pay the penalty of Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 2,00,000 based on the agreement on the bond.
